Carmen Sorger

Director for International Assistance Relations, Strategic Policy Branch of Global Affairs Canada

Carmen Sorger is the Director for International Assistance Relations within the Strategic Policy Branch of Global Affairs Canada. She is responsible for the bilateral donor relations and Canadian engagement in key multilateral development fora, such as the G7 and G20 development working groups, the DAC, the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation and the Global Partnership Initiative on Effective Triangular Co-operation.  


Carmen Sorger est directrice des relations d’aide internationale au sein de la Direction générale de la politique stratégique d’Affaires mondiales Canada. Elle est responsable des relations bilatérales avec les donateurs et de l’engagement du Canada dans les principales instances multilatérales de développement, comme les groupes de travail du G7 et du G20 sur le développement, le CAD, le Partenariat mondial pour une coopération au développement efficace et l’Initiative de partenariat mondial pour une coopération triangulaire efficace.
